Patient Experience.

We were impressed from the time we drove into the parking lot, and it was even better inside. All the facilities were clean and well kept. The treatment of patients and guests was very good and the care seemed genuine, not rehearsed. During the 17-18 hours that we were there almost every person greeted us and/or asked about our well being. They treated us like people and not like a number to be processed. We highly recommend this medical facility.

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I was treated as if I was the only patient in the hospital. That’s a good feeling to have after you’ve just had major surgery!!

Excellent! Everyone I knew that has had hip surgery told me that Burke Health was the place to go and they were right. Not only was the food excellent, but the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Everyone had a pleasant attitude and gave excellent service!

This was my first visit. I was most impressed by all the staff. Everyone was pleasant and very attentive to your needs. Facility was clean and the food was excellent. Clinicians were excellent in answering questions and taking care of you pre and post surgery.

I had to go in for what is a routine procedure for the doctor but I had a great deal of anxiety. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and explained every step of the procedure to me. They made sure I was comfortable. 10 out of 10 a great experience.
