Payment Policy

Burke Health participates in most health insurance plans. The following are some of the plans we currently accept. If however, we are not in your network, we can provide you a form to submit to your insurance company requesting the reimbursement be sent directly to you.

Please be aware that with most health plans, there are deductibles and co-payments for which you are responsible.

Questions About Your Bill

After your insurance has paid their portion, you will receive a statement of your account.

Generally, it takes from 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.​

Each physician who provides professional services will send you a separate bill from his or her office.

These physicians may include your own physician, other physicians who conducted tests and procedures, or consulting physicians chosen by your physician to read and interpret test results.

These physicians may also include specialists such as anesthesiology, cardiology, emergency physicians, or radiology.  Depending on your agreement with your insurance carrier, you may responsible for paying these bills.
