After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and completing his medical degree and Internal Medicine residency at the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Gay returned home with one goal—to provide outstanding healthcare to his hometown and the surrounding communities.
Today, he continues to care for patients in his Millen office while serving as Chief of Staff and Hospitalist at Jenkins County Medical Center. He also serves as Medical Director for two Pruitt nursing facilities and several other healthcare organizations throughout the region, ensuring quality care extends beyond the clinic walls.
Dr. Gay and his wife, Anita, are proud to call Millen home, where they have raised their four children. Grateful for the trust and support of the community over the years, Dr. Gay remains dedicated to delivering expert medical care with compassion, integrity, and a personal touch.
